🎄 Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs - Let’s Get Your Gifts There in Time!

Lovely one, we want your Christmas parcels to arrive with plenty of love and sparkle. Here are our recommended order-by dates so your gifts have the best chance of landing under the tree in time.

We pack your orders with love from Maitland, NSW (2322), and lodge with Australia Post as quickly as we can—especially in Christmas week.

Express Post (Most Areas)

Order by: Sunday 22 December, 12pm (midday)
We’ll pack and lodge all Express orders received by this time in our final postal collection at 3pm on 22 December.

For most metro areas, Express Post usually arrives in 1–3 business days, so Christmas Eve delivery is very possible—though we can’t guarantee it in such a busy season.

*** A quick heads-up:
WA, TAS and NT generally need a little more time. Express from the 22nd will still be sent urgently, but may arrive after Christmas depending on Australia Post’s network.

Standard Post (Most Areas)

Order by: Sunday 14 December, Midnight!
Standard Post usually takes 3–8 business days after lodgement.
If you’re shopping after this date, we strongly recommend choosing Express Post just to be safe!

We pack and lodge orders the next business day.
In the final days before Christmas, we do everything we can to pack Express orders the same day (if placed before 12pm).
Once parcels are lodged, delivery times are in the hands of Australia Post.

Express Post is the fastest and most reliable option in the weeks before Christmas.
Cut-offs differ by state and metro/regional areas because express transit times vary.

⭐ From Dec 15th we will be packing all orders placed before 12pm and lodging them the same afternoon.
So these dates reflect the true final lodgement day for each region.

Express from NSW to NSW typically arrives in 1–2 business days.
A Monday afternoon lodgement is still likely to arrive before Christmas.

Order by 12pm — Friday 19th December
Regional areas may require 2–3 days.
