Stockist Terms & Conditions

We are so excited to partner with other businesses who have a heart to love and encourage women. 



Winning in retail is being able to have the 'edge'. Something unique and fresh. We want to help you achieve this edge and for that reason, approval is needed to become a Sister & Soul stockist. The approval process allows us to determine the proximity of your store as a comparison to other stockists in your area. Exclusivity will be evaluated on a case by case basis with a number of factors considered.

If you are accepted as a stockist, however do not place a re-order within six months, Sister & Soul will consider the stockist time to have lapsed and exclusivity will be void. Re-application will need to occur.



Prices shown on our retail website are inclusive of GST. All goods come with a Recommended Retail Price (RRP), and products must not be priced under this amount, however, as guidance, we allow up to 30% mark up on RRP for our Stockists. Pricing is at your discretion based on your demographics and clientele.



The minimum order amount for the online wholesale store is $200

When you spend more, you save more



Prices on the online wholesale store are discounted at a base rate. 30% off RRP

A further 10% discounts will be applied to your shopping cart when you reach $1400. This discount will be applied to your shopping cart automatically.

Freight and wholesale processing fees are excluded from the additional discount.


If your orders exceed $4500 for a six months period you will be rewarded as a "platinum stockist". A platinum stockist will entitle you to receive the maximum discount on your shopping cart regardless of your spend. Order minimums still apply.


Each transaction will include a $20 wholesale processing fee.

Note Special orders placed with Sister & Soul are non-refundable and a deposit must be paid before manufacture commences. This will be managed case by case.



You may from time to time see that an item is available on our retail website but not on the wholesale website. Sister & Soul set a retail inventory limit for the wholesale website to help balance stock levels in our online retail store. We make every attempt to keep up with sales demands on fast selling products. Where a product is unavailable, it may be the because the stock level is low.

When a new collection has been released, there may be a time delay of up to four (4) weeks until this range is made available on the wholesale site. Alternatively, we may offer stockists early access to some collections. This will be at the discretion of Sister & Soul. 

Bundle buy discounts may not be available to the wholesale store.



At this stage, we do not offer consignment based or "sale or return" wholesale arrangements.



Purchasing our products gives you the right to sell said physical products. You are not permitted to reproduce or otherwise copy our designs with the intent to sell, manufacture, or reproduce our products.  All layouts, projects and images displayed on this website are the property of Sister & Soul or their respective owners.



What we can do:

  • Supply customised word charms for bulk orders where the quantity is over x100.
  • Our word charms come as set shapes, as per the pictures on our website (customisations are only available in quantities over x100).
  • Customise different words on the designs we have available by request. There is a fee for this service similar to our retail website
  • We will manage custom orders manually. Please select the customise this product option and leave us a note. Additional charges may be applied to your order. If you have any questions please email us at


What we can’t do:

  • We do not offer an engraving service
  • We do not have the facilities to create word tags with personal messages. 



  • We pack your order in a cardboard carton and place inside a plastic post satchel.
  • We do not include tax invoices in parcels, however, there will be a link to download your invoice when the shipping confirmation is issued.
  • We are passionate about stock presentation and package.  Our necklaces and bracelets come in a black organza bag with Sister & Soul product tags included. Earrings are pinned to card and plastic wrapped.

Standard Satchels 3-7 Business Days

  • Small STANDARD POSTAGE SATCHEL -  $8.50 (approximately 80 small item)
  • Medium STANDARD POSTAGE SATCHEL - $12.50 (<80 small items)
  • Large STANDARD POSTAGE SATCHEL - $16 (<200 small items)

Express post satchel 1-3 Business Days (This is not an overnight service to all postcodes)

  • Small EXPRESS POSTAGE SATCHEL - $12 (approximately 80 small item)
  • Medium EXPRESS POSTAGE SATCHEL - $16.50 (<80 small items)
  • Large EXPRESS POSTAGE SATCHEL - $26.00 (<200 small items)

* For larger orders a courier price may be sourced and a shipping quote provided.

Freight is not included in the product price, nor will the additional discount be applied to the freight charge.

Payment up front is required before items are shipped.


What is the order processing time?

  • We process & post wholesale order within 3 Business days of the order being placed and paid for
  • Postage times are estimated from the next day after postage has occurred. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once postage has occurred, the timeframe count will be taken from the day after posting.



What is your product fault policy?

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only and not offer a refund. Our friendly team can assist in this matter on email

If it is identified that there is no fault with the product or that the product has been damaged through misuse, abnormal use, abuse or stored incorrectly Sister & Soul may require you to reimburse us for any costs that we may have incurred, including return postage.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Sister & Soul will offer you a refund or exchange for damaged products provided that:

  • you produce proof of purchase (your online order or tax invoice)
  • the product and packaging (including tags) is in its original condition; and

Please note that delivery fees and wholesale processing fees paid for online orders are non-refundable for returns. However, if you receive an item that is different to what was described, or is clearly damaged or defective, please contact the Sister & Soul team on email for assistance.

Where can I return damaged products?

Sister & Soul Pty Ltd products are not permitted to be sold online as this is direct competition with our online retail store. Sister & Soul products can only be sold in a store, shop front arrangement. Exceptions can be made for custom product designs, or for exclusive gift pack arrangements where approval has been granted.

Once your application is successful, you are only authorised to sell Sister & Soul products through the shop front retail store that you listed on your initial application, at the address given.
